I am a spayed female & I look like a American Staffordshire Terrier mix
The shelter staff think I am 8 years old.
Hi, I’m Nola, and I’m part of a bonded pair with my little sister Stacie. I’m the bigger one at about 65 pounds, but I’m just as friendly and playful as she is. We came to the shelter together after our owner could no longer care for us, and now we’re hoping to find a home where we can keep each other company like we always have.
I’ve lived with kids and other dogs before, and I get along great with both. I haven’t met any cats, so I’m not sure what I think about them yet. I love to play fetch, and I also enjoy a good dig — especially under fences — so I’ll need a secure yard to keep me safe. I’m house and crate trained, and when it comes to affection, I’m all in. I absolutely love getting attention from my people.
If you’re looking for a big-hearted, loyal girl — maybe even two of us — I’d be thrilled to meet you.
