Hi, I’m Sage, a striking all-black beauty tipping the scales at 122 pounds — yes, I’m a big girl, and I wear it well. I was surrendered because someone in my home was allergic to me, not because of anything I did. I’m active, friendly, and absolutely love being around people. I have experience living with kids and adults, and even cats, though I do have a habit of chasing small critters when they zip by. I walk nicely on a leash and enjoy getting out and exploring. I’m house and crate trained, and I take protecting my home and my humans seriously — I’m loyal through and through. What I’m looking for now is a family who appreciates a confident, people-loving companion with a big presence and an even bigger heart.
